General policy and procedure for estimate and repair. The shipment received by us from the customer will be triaged same day the shipment arrives. The TECH will call the customer in 1 to 2 days after the shipment has been received to discuss estimate and possible solution for repair. Typical repair is a 1 to 3 day turn-around time. This time frame increases if part stock is not in house. The TECH will advise customer on special order parts and approximately how long before these parts are available.
