Unless stated in writing, all Gadgets repaired or sold, by LevelUp Repair, Inc., have 60 days limited warranty for our mail in customers , and 15 days for our walk in customers. If the product is defective in materials during the repair center warranty period and is returned at customer’s expenses to “LevelUp Repair, Inc”, the product will be repaired at no charge, a proof of sale is required.
This limited warranty does not cover: Cosmetic damage, Dead units, Product that have been repaired by anyone other than “LevelUp Repair, Inc”, Cost of installation, Removal or Reinstallation, Failure or Defects caused by misuse, Abuse, Accident, Physical damage, Abnormal operation, Improper handling or storage, Neglect, Alternation, Unauthorized installation, Removal or repairs, Failure to follow instructions, Problems caused by your network coverage, Exposure to fire, Water, Liquid, Food and any serial number which we do not have in our database. Any serial number that is still under the original manufacture warranty period will be forwarded to the manufacture for repairs. LevelUp Repair, Inc. is approved to work on manufacture out of warranty units and our own in and out of warranty units.
We do not offer a refund policy, only store credit.
We apologize but there are no exemptions to this policy.
